I think Elliott's last show ever is the one on 19 Sept 03 in Salt Lake City. I've heard the live recording somewhere before, when he played this song he messed up a little bit in the middle, so probably the one here is not from the same show. Correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah. At least in concert. The final song of the last show was a cover of this. He played it frequently.
