just what is health and safety and morals....i would like to know how having cars, or wood on your land, affects the health safety or morals, and if these idiots buy next to a pig farm, then who fault is that.

It sounds so lovely - I have to wonder why "force" is needed. What happens when someone decides to disobey a particular zoning law? A fine? Eviction notices? What happens if he still refuses to comply?
Surely such a noble cause for imposing mob-rule laws wouldn't require a visit from the Sheriff - would it?
If so, suppose the principled person still refuses to comply. Strict laws require stricter enforcement.
