This could be attributed to several factors. The loose vector plate shaking, the fan out of balance, lose clevises on the control horn rattle also. I'd start with checking the new fans for balance. The vibration typically disapears once you run it up to higher RPMs. I wouldn't fly it till you figure out where the source of the vibration is, especially with a HOT set up you will be using for your Squall. I've lost a plane due to unbalanced fans the plane was completely destroyed.
