@xtremeink69 It recommends a 400Hz ESC or above, this makes it quicker to process the info coming from the NAZA. I just bought some ESCs from a local hobby store, waiting for my NAZA to come in to see if they're okay.
@xtremeink69 Apparently not, I had some ones from a local hobby shop (8000Hz). I even removed the red (positive) wires from the ESCs, and it still caused the NAZA to malfunction and I had to return it. So you need ESCs for quad copters, such as OPTO.
Can I ask Why did you deactivate failsafe? I though is better to have failsafe active. If you accidentally lost signal, your x copter still should be hovering... Or I'm not right?
@vvvsk you can actually set the manual ang atti mode via gear switch and failsafe via axu2 switch. Failsafe can also be triggered when you turn off the radio or you lost signal but the qaud still hovering. But make sure set up the failsafe between 20-40% depending on the payload. Mine is almost 2kg so I put 38% failsafe and the qaud will land straight very slowly.. but the problem if there's a wind it will drift away.. lolz!
