  • Domino's: Avoid The Flavinoid.

  • I'm not allowed grapefruit, there is an enzyme in it that affects my asthma medication, it prevents the drug from working correctly.

  • Great video. This is definately a keeper.

  • My husband had necrotizing pancreatis over a year ago with a major cyst on his pancreas afterward. The doctors said he would be fully diabetic on insulin and taking digestive enzymes the rest of his life. Thank the Father he is doing great now, however we can tell his pancreas is still weaker than it was before he got sick. I'm so excited to have found this video. I'm working hard to change out eating habits to prevent him from developing diabetes if possible and this info helps a lot. Thanks!

  • Regarding some items listed ... It's VERY important diabetics TEST their blood sugars before/after eating ANY fruits or yogurts, and especially beans and oatmeal... Many of us find we cannot tolerate beans/oatmeal without moving our sugars into unhealthy post-meal levels.

Steel-cut oats (less-refined) seem to have less of a spike than quick or regular oatmeal. Full-fat yogurts are usually better to blood sugar than low-fat, also. Try greek yogurt.

    Berries are lower-glycemic than melon.
