  • how do you think they would work if they were tinted

  • The Jeeps use a variable load flasher - which means it is looking for a certain amount of amperage draw. By switching to LED's there is not enough resistance, so the flasher functions erradically. You'll have to use an LED with resistance - OR add an in line resistor (Radio Shack or something). Looks cool if you can get it figured out!

Take a look at this new Product we're launching....

  • Do cops bitch for having these??

  • 2001 dodge ram has the same problem

  • my vleds switchbacks did the same thing on my 06 mazda 3, i had to return the bulbs because vled had no idea why it was doing it. def not only a jeep thing...so weird.

  • I got the same ones and when I hit the brakes the white goes off so dumb!

  • that is one sexy jeep love the leds

  • first off sweet jeep! Mine do exactly that! except my truck is a WJ Grand Cherokee. Maybe its a Jeep thing jaja...V-Leds has no idea whats happening so I guess they'll stay like that still someone finds a solution. Check out my video to see what mine look like.

  • Definitely, the computer keeps adjusting the flashing, since there is no flasher unit, it's entirely ECU controlled. After some time, now it flashed amber/nothing when the headlights are off, and amber/white when the headlights are on. It doesn't blink white randomly like in this video anymore.

Took about a few weeks for the computer to settle.

  • Looks like something's wrong with yours...
