Nothing is funny about this video. He fell down a large set of stairs, with nothing to break his fall but his back and head. He probably got a concussion from this. Just because it's on youtube doesn't make it hilarious. If he fainted and fell down right were he was standing, sure, that could be funny. This probably resulted in a serious injury, and that's just not funny.

It has something to do with locking your knees when standing. It somehow interrupts blood flow and causes you to pass out.

If you have to stand for long periods of time you should never lock your knees.
