I think the fist scene was really nice, but it lasted to long and was a bit overdue. Just a scene in which she was carring a bottle of sherry suits her character far better. The way I remembered her from the books was that she always walking about half drunk with a bottle sherry in her hands. Ah well...

I am extremely glad that the Trelawney vs. Umbridge scene was made, even if it was cut from the film, because it's at least one of the important points of the story, but I think it may be just another thing of why everyone becomes an Umbridge-hater in the end. & I don't blame them ;)
