I remember watching this at school on a 16 mm projector. Didn't know that these films were in danger of disappearing.

I like the way the film uses emotion, rather than dialogue, to convey its message (not sure why the boy was not distressed about hitting the joey's mother, though).

I bought a 16mm print of this on ebay. the intro is a little different on my print.
