5 Reasons You Should Join a Credit Union This Week

Up until last week, I had all my money in Bank of America, and I had been with them for four years. When their fees started increasing, I thought it was still worth the services, like how many ATMs they have all over. When the debit card fee statement came out, I went to the bank and took out my money. When I requested it in a cashier's check, they told me it would be a $10 for the check! I'm so glad I'm through with them. All my money is in my university credit union now.

Take part in the peaceful revolt. Get free from banks so we won't have to pay ever again another 700 billion bailout (bail-out NOT loan!), extorted by threatening the government with financial crisis if not issued! THIEVES! Why not a loan? Even 10 or 30-year 0-interest loan would have guaranteed to get back (eventually) the $700 billion we're paying with tax money! And now banks want to charge $5 ATM fee? What? Enough is enough!

Want to retake control over what happens to your money? Take it out of the big Banks and invest it in your local Credit Unions. It may seem like a lot of trouble to go through, but it is so totally worth it in the long run.
