You get nationality in western countries because they need you to come and work and contribute to their tax pool. Not because they want your brown skin, because they need working class to continue to oil their machinery. Why should any country provide you with free stuff? The government's resonsibility is to provide you with all that you need to survive, and ensure that you get what you deserve IF you work for it. And indeed, in the majority of the west - if you work hard, you will have a decent life. thats not the case in pakistan, people will work their lives away and still won't have enough money to feed their kids.
