Sir, I have a large electric power generator. I want to buy your hydrogen generator the highest qualities of safety, at a price you specify. hope u replay to me soon .
I totally agree with the aluminum / leakage theory. If your leads corrode, you have explosive gas leaking into the work environment which is a greater problem, in theory, anyhow.
What a geek I must be, I'm so anticipating the run test. It is like the next sago in the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy is coming out.
One thing I can not see is how those 7 cells are in series, but im sure I'll figure it out. It looks like parallel but im sure im missing something. Cant wait Thanks Larry
Very cool. So nice to see people working on this technology. Its been around for decades but it doesn't seem we are working to implement it until now. Great work!! Gotta be expensive as hell, lol.
Larry, it's a great looking build so far. I do have a concern - the mag-field will fluctuate when the cell is pulsed, and the field will interact with the Aliminum rod's, and you know how Al reacts with mag-fields. So, it could cause some heating prob's.
Absolutely beautiful, Larry! I don't believe it's finally together. Believe it or not, now that I see exactly how it's assembled, I finally understand it!
"If you want simple, this ain't it!" LOL!!! Aluminum is a great choice for conductor as long as it's not getting exposed to KOH. Feeding power from opposite corners to reduce hot spots and distribute the charge is also a great idea. In my case, the Batt-Cell plates are small enough and thick enough with enough current split up in each chamber that no one plate gets too much current so I^2*R losses are negligible. Inside I'm going to 5/16" or 3/8" threaded SS rod for the buss bars.
With your magnetic field lines perpendicular to the flow of current through the electrolyte, I REALLY want to see what happens when you start pulsing the current through that bad boy! Especially of you can find a resonance range.
@ZeroFossilFuel I am going to start with just brute force and run a full range of tests documenting everything. Then the same with the magnets. Then I really want to play with those fancy electronics from Square One.
ooow ahhh's dude this is by far the best looking set of cells I have seen. the aluminum is right on. Not sharing electrolyte is right . with the right electronics your gonna have a monster . do ya use a frequency controled pwm ?. I will be one of many waiting to see this run
It looks practical for industrial purposes - like in the back of a pick-up truck tool box or a semi-trucks battery box. Very nice heavy duty design. It looks like it could last a long time - lots of abuses - sometimes an over-built machine can be the best way to go. I wouldn't want a cheap Chinese built cell in my car. I would gladly pay double for a cell that is safer and stronger and will out last a cheap one.
yes parallel cells wired in series, this was done as a comparison with series cells very early on. I blew 3 different arrays up using jar systems, boy werent those the days
That thing is a monster cell man. HUGE!!! And a huge pipe organ to go with it too! way cool. Toss in some magic juice, and see what happens. For short term use AL is just fine, just watch amperage and heat from amp flow, short of that, its great
@d3adp001 Thanks D3, The magic juice would have already been in progress. I just could not get my last device to stop leaking. I will be in touch. The plan is still on! That is if you are still on. I just could not justify the expense if the results were not accurate.
Your voice sounds just like Dennis Quaid.

There's HHO drycells... and then, there are bionic HHO drycells. If you don't believe me, ask Steve Austin.

OMG what a mother!
i understand the voltage distribution now.....
just hope that the gaskets dont leak in some awkward place where you cant retighten the stack beause of those alu spacers holding it apart.......
cheeers!
