I'm not exactly sure what you mean. The max Attack Mario, Luigi, and Peach can get is 99 without hacking.

Its been a while since i beaten the flopside pit, and since then i never noticed an increase in attack power, what exactly did you mean in your description on the attack power for beating the pit?

I believe you used an Action Replay or some sort of hacking device to achieve that. If you look at my video, Super Paper Mario - Getting Max Stats, you will see that once I use an Attack Plus item when I already have 99 Attack, it says +0 and doesn't raise my Attack any higher.

I believe I checked. You can't stack two of the same stat increasing items, but you can stack two different stat increasing items. For example, you can use an item that doubles your Attack and an item that doubles your Defense, but you cannot stack two items that both increase Attack.
