Yep, was there when this happened. Dude is called Looney, he was IT guy in North England, his insurance com0pany refused payout after seeing him drive reckless on Gumball TV programme. This Gumball was EPIC adventure. It was hilarious to see some guys at Euro borders hand over provisional licenses and Council tax forms as driving licenses with money inside. Its amazing how quick you pass some borders with that liytle trick re some small Euro countries!! Outrageous hilarity.

Yeah it was BBC 1 (UK Channel) Programme from Summer 2001 called "Hot Wax". Yeah it does make you wonder. Having been at the start at 2005 and 2006 there seems to be a lot of good people that do it as well though.
