.nice Amish version, lol..ive been using a similar unit for two years now..a little different than your garbage can model..:)! in that it is a 55gal plastic rain type drum($5-$15 and doesnt rattle like a can) with a hole dead center bottom and a motorized pvc arm with screws that spins inside.but hey yours seems to work good too! what Asclepias seeds do you need? ive got quite a few.
