why do these hot rods on these fuckin dyno machines run the bikes up to 300 km/hr only to haul the clutch in!...then they sit there looking at the screen while the engine idles n the fuckin trans is still spinning the speed of light!....if they understood how fuckin fast the clutch is overrunning while dis-engaged they might think twice.
@lastbil1972 prolly just to make sure the engine doesn't overheat. it does the same thing as if they were to put on the rear brakes, but without burning out the rear brakes trying to stop the rear tire from whatever speed it was spinning at.
i have a k8 750 will full yoshimura exhaust traded up from k2 750 any exhaust will gain hp as it does not restrict airflow like stock ones. gsxr all the way.
who told u this information because ur wrong, sorta, it WILL give more power but an insignificant amount compaired to what can be attained. do ur research and ull find out everyone thinks that changing ur pipes and a piggyback ecu will make ure bike 'tons faster' and its a downright lie spat off by those too ignorent to do their own research and just believe what everyone sais. go learn mechanics and find out exactly how these bikes work before u try to sound intelligent about it

man , i know what i'm talking about , you're just a fag if you think that with and without a BIG catalysor you will have the same power , change your filter with a good kn , with the power commander tuned on a dyno , push the limit of the rpm with the ECU , and put a COMPLETE exhaust empty of any catalysor , and you'll see if it doesn't have changes ...
the power commander gives you the perfect ratio of fuel / air to go with your new exhaust , because the original ratio is for the original exhaust , without that you can't take the power of your exhaust , or not the maximum power , of course it must be tested on a dyno to find the good ratio
not exactly. a powercommander by itself does nothing. it only adjusts injector duration to alter the a/f ratio of the engine in the amount it is specified by the map. it's the map that matters. not to be a dick with the response but way too many people think that a pc3 with a downloaded internet map is better than stock when 90+% of the time it isn't. i know this because it's what i do for a living.
of course by itself it does nothing , but it gives you the possibility to modify your ratio , what is really important when modifying anything in the engine
Actually, I've read where stock, the 750 bone stock is between 116-123HP to wheel. So 128.9 would be a nice increase over stock....just from articles i've read...
turbo it. its a blast

haul the clutch in after a 300 m/hr pull just to hear the break in power....sounds great but hard on the clutch!

I have a k7 750 with full yoshi systen and power commander its 129.6 bhp. from scotland. roll on the summer.
scottmaccoll 2 years ago
K6 750 stock exhaust.. 125.5 on the dyno. Adding a pipe will probably give around 5hp more.
RCSV 2 years ago
I have an 05 750 with an Exhaust + PC3 tune and I'm at 122. So that seems to be the ballpark.
Supposed to be 150 at the crank.
