Troy Davis is not a Political Prisoner - He killed an off duty police officer who was helping a homeless man who was being beaten. Troy Davais shot him in the lung and he was down. Troy Davis walked up and smiled as he shot this police officer, Mark McPhail, in the face.

Troy Davis did this drunk and after shooting and assaulting another man earlier that night.

Leonard Peltier is guilty and will never see parole. He's only 1/4 Indian and is the main reason Annie Mae Aquash was murdered because she knew the truth. He even interrogated Annie Mae by putting a gun in her mouth because the AIM leadership thought she was an FBI informant, well she wasn't. I was not falsly imprisoned. But, I was targeted by the police for my activism. I was kidnapped and brutally tortured for days by cops in Delaware. I was never charged with a crime. Whilst it is bad that two federal agents died and is very sad for the families, it does not justify lying, perjury and withholding of evidence to obtain a conviction.
