do it right broo dont just sand it and paint it if youre going to take almost evrithing off as might as well fix the rust right condition the metal and then prime and paint broo is just a sugestion thank you

Even though i completely agree, maybe the customer didn't want to spend a whole lot of money... Been there done that before..
