Paul is very unsuccessful at getting any sort of bill passed through Congress and getting congress to work together is a huge factor in doing anything as a President. Paul's idea of giving the option to legalize drugs back to the states, this would create the need to have security on the borders of our states. That means maybe 10,000 active and unactive troops support Ron Paul. There are 3 million troops, that means just about 3.5% of them have given to the Paul campaign.
