if you dont have  a hard drive take it apart and pull the little laser part out on the disk

delete the xbox update go to system / hard drive press LB RB X LB RB X DELETE THE UPDATE

"Unreadable Disc" error for any xbox360 game and if the actual disk is not scratched just power off the 360 and give it 3 seconds switch it back on go to my games and press the "Y" button yellow one and then it will save the game on the hdd of the 360 and then run the game Ta-Da! XD

@reeymysterio That's the old way to do it, you should search for the button "Clear Cache" in your system settings and let it do that. It will delete all updates, so no corrupted shit

If you are using NXE then all you need to do is press the Y button and then select the "Clear System Cache" option from the menu.

I am having Disk Drive problems, it just want's to be a bitch and not read the disk until I open and close the drive 3~5 times. Like I said, it is just being a bitch.

it doesn't just delete corrupted files, it delete's ever patch from all games... this is also useful if you are looking to glitch or cheat games that have been fixed (just dont go on xbox live or you have to get the patches again)

It is a good solution, but only if corrupted files actually are the reason you get the message "Disc is unreadable. Clean disc with a soft cloth..." etc etc and all that shit that boils your blood.

The next leading cause is that the 360 is fucked because Microsoft made a piss-off of a system, like an abusive boyfriend that you can't help but love and keep going back to, you know? I'm close to sending my damn thing to get repaired since it's still under warranty.

Its known as "burning" a disk, it happens when you move your xbox when its on and its got a disk inside, thats why they tell you not to move it around when its on.
