  • This is not the song "Just like the Rain" atleast not the one Aries has on his myspace.

Still, this track is good. Love the Old School Riddim with drum and bass.

    Big Up Aries!

  • wooo! sick tune!

  • man if only music like this was blasted heavy in the US...Virginia to be exact cause right now music over here is gettin shitty REAL quick...

  • Seriously... Although there is a fair amount of ragga being produced here in North America.

I say let the brits keep charge of this stuff, american labels would just ruin it.

  • respect and yh that is very true, its like uk hip hop in america.... suttum wouldnt seem right. might be a bit over commercial for dnb. stick to the roots, urban.... and seriously fkn good.

  • @Habitualbeats i dunno about that i dont like alot of the female vocals in uk dnb but its just my opinion...i dont even like cali dnb to "happy" for me i like ny dnb but then again im a bit biased...cheers to all though the uk does have amazing electronic music as does france...no disrespect meant at all anyone who has an open mind and cAN APPRECIATE DNB IS ok IN MY BOOK...

  • is this old/new/what by the way

gotta be relatively new at least, its certainly not jungle bonsaichemist - reggae dnb innit

  • released last year, sometime around may/june/july, i remember smashing it for most of the summer. i know what you mean, it's not stricly jungle but i like to think of it as a more modern take on classic jungle what with all the horns and that wicked bassline

  • GREAT! One of the best DNB I've ever heard.

    Thank you for uploading!

Can you name me some DJs who make DNB like this one? Thanks!

  • can't be arsed to name djs mate. but check ruffbizness' other vids. also check junglewarrior and ninokawasaki and dirtymattress, their channel are sick too. can do a lot worse for jungle/dnb on here. hope that helps

  • just type in reggae drum and bass into youtube lol.

or alternatively some good artists are:

the visionary, benny page, debaser, digital, submorphics and loads of others i cant remember/be arsed to remember!

oh yeah, some good songs are:

theory - conquering lion (on youtube)

marcas - dinky dub (dunno if its on youtube)

kgbkid - bawling for soundclash (again, dunno)

    roughcut - deeper (on youtube)

splatterbeatz - live & direct (dunno) big up the reggae dnb!

  • Thank you (both)!

  • seen. i thought you were from England for some reason. must be the great taste in jungle ;)

  • ha! i've been down with jungle since the early breakbeak days back in 1991-92. I used to buy imported vinyl/cds/mixtapes at a great record store in San Francisco called BPM. England is where it's at for jungle fo sho! Andy C came to San Diego a couple of years ago and played this little beach club and the place went mental.

  • yeah man, well if Englands going to be better than everyone else at something i'm glad it's jungle/dnb because we're shit at almost everything else :)

  • england is the underground dance music capital of the world imo.

  • @bonsaichemis

    dont forget dubstep

  • @hemansx Yeah we gave birth to dubstep but it's not my style to rub it in people's faces ; ) I'm glad it caught on everywhere else though, I remember thinking about 6/7 years ago "will this ever catch on? surely it can't it's too crazy" because I was pretty much only listening to jungle and dnb at the time and I was blown away by how minimalistic it was, but it did in ways I never thought possible. Ahh memory lane, I could walk up and down it all day but youtube limits how much I can say

  • aries is heavy, good dj too, seen him a couple times round town
