That was actually an omake. Search up Naruto Shippuuden omake list and click on Wiki, there's a list of ALL the omakes+their epis+what they were about. I think this one was Naru + Saku answering letters from 'viewers' or something. Sorry, I actually don't have my file anymore! ^^;;
