  • @ caploveslockup - I believe the seal's name is "Isolda"

  • Eli Wallach is class. Long live TUCO!!!

  • Eli Wallach playing Mr. Freeze. I almost shit myself when I saw this on TV Land the other day.

  • Can Freeze Fuck? Is his dick always hard? Is it to numb for feeling? All good questions.....

  • What is the name of the seal? I can't understand what he's calling it!

  • @caploveslockup ESOLDA

  • LA Sports Arena! 6:16

  • Now I realize this is a campy series ( good though) but lets face it, folks, would Batman be that stupid? Why didn't he just go the ice berg in Gotham Harbor? D'oh

And, incidentally, if the temperature on the ice cooler was minus 200 the guy'd be dead. And, by the way, Mr. Freeze don't know too much. Did anyone tell him that it's a sea lion and not a seal?

  • thats the guy from house on haunted hill

  • aint that the actor from Magnum PI shown in the opening shot--the one who played Rick's "Don"?

  • George Saunders was the best Mr. Freeze. But Otto Preminger was great also. It is almost a tie. I loved when Preminger would say "wild".

  • Is it just me or does the SS queesn look like the Titanic..

  • otto preminger was the best Mr Freeze in this series

  • @melollylolly

Nope. George Sanders had by far the best interpretation of the character. Wallach was the worst, though.

  • Ice periscope? Why do they put a sign on it? Isnt it obviously a periscope?

  • They put a sign on everything... I mean... c'mon.

In half the episodes the *henchmen* are labeled!

It's necessary of have everything signed - otherwise it's not Batman!

  • Yeah, ill put a "front door sign" on my door too lol

  • Eli Wallach was 3rd. He is still alive and well, and still working at around 93. George Sanders was the closest personality-wise to the animated series Freeze. Aronold sponged off of Eli, Otto, and the animated series verison.

  • We sure could use Mr. Freeze to help us battle global warming today. He could use that global ice cap he was talking about in the beginning.

  • Eli did play a good Mr. Freeze. Love his adaption on his voices. First a Spanish accent (Tuco) and German for this series.

  • These 1960s Batman episodes with Mr. Freeze seem just as dark as the 1990s Batman episodes and movies featuring him!

  • Bullshit... He's way darker in the animated series.

Only Schumacher turned him back into a 60's idiot with ice-puns...

  • It's not bullcrap!!

  • Deckhand whispers "Captain theres an ice berg"

Captain Screams "Ice Berg" causing mass panic

    most irresponsible captain EVER!

  • Only next to the Captain of the Titanic.

  • I agree=o

  • This either must have been one episode that I don't remember or one which I have never seen. I don't recall Eli Wallach playing Mr. Freeze. Interestingly enough, he plays Freeze here during the same time he played Tuco in 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.'

  • George Saunders was the first Mr. Freeze, Then Eli Wallach and then Otto Preminger. All great actors who brought their own great spin to the character.

  • wish he had that ice dome helmet

  • Holy crap! Eli Wallach played Mr. Freeze?! It's The Ugly, man! TUCO!!!

  • at least this mr freez did not say wild allthe time like otto whatshisname did when he played mr freeze.

  • Is there a certain reason, why Mr. Freeze in this show ( I mean all three actors, who played him)had a german accent ?

  • Well, his comic name was Dr. Victor Fries, show he sounded European, just guess German sounded cool.

  • on this show his name was dr schimmel

  • which made "The Governator" perfect for the modern movie Batman

  • Mr Freeze looks like that guy from the Good the Bad and the Ugly, Eli Wallach..

  • LOL! That's because he is Eli Wallach!

  • Alright, another episode!

  • 200 below? It is safe to say the Professor is well and truly dead. No one can survive below 30 for more than a few minutes, so below 200 is going to instantly fatal.

  • Way to go, shiki. They said it couldn't be done, but you proved them all wrong and found a hole in the otherwise impeccably believable storyline. Give yourself a high-five.

  • Hard to tell if ur being sarcastic or not. No offense.

But it is true. And I laugh whenever I find plot-holes as big as creators.

  • actually hes in a makeshift hideout in an ice arena, with no food there. so its a half assed 200 degrees below, plus room temperature.

  • Keep in mind Mr Freeze lives in a subzero environment so for this show it's possible

  • Wooo, Mr.Freeze!
