I don't see why everyone is saying Sakura would win. She could yeah but the chances are higher for Ino here.

It was said that when Ino was this age she was much stronger and smarter. Asuma said it and even Sakura said it herself in the memories that she was better than her. Maybe in the Shippiden, then year Sakura could win, but here and now I think Ino would win if she didn't keep going easy on her.

@PunkChickLoLz thats true, but even now in shippuden they still have the same abilities...Ino also has super strength just uses it in kicks, and she also has medical ninjutsu as well...while it may not be as advanced as sakura's..thats where her other abilities come in..like her mind transfer/desctruction

Games aren't a reliable source, you can only go by the manga, & in the Kakuzu & Hidan arc, Shikamaru mention that Ino isn't a combat fight, that shows doesn't have super strength.
