I think it will have the A5 (Like the iPad 2: 2 cores, 1 GHz per core and a videocard nine times better than A4)Obviously underclocked, 512 Mb for RAM (Maybe 1024 but i doubt it), the same 3.5 inch Retina Display and a slightly better camera but i dont think its better to replace the buttons with touch buttons.

@FinalMacGoz Thanks, I was using my iSight camera, but I have a better camera, but it still stinks for video recording. I am getting the Bloggie HMS- CM5. I think it will be a good camera for what I am doing.
@Coryewing1 That camera is pretty cheap now since the new Sony Bloggie Touch came out, but I heard it really sucks in low light and that it takes forever to focus when your in low light as well. So have good lighting, I actually wanted that camera but now Im looking at the Sanyo CG 20
