No it doesn't have that extra section which the UD35 has for such purposes. SO if you need to carry a tablet or 13.3 inch notebook, get the UD35 instead. The V2.0 is possibly better value at just a few dollars more
You can store a 1D with a short lens like a 16-35. A 24-70 might be possible but quite a squeeze. Needless to say, a 70-200 mounted would be impossible!!
Just as an aside, one can actually use the UD30 as a two-body carrier with two small lenses. A 1D in the front pocket, something like a 5D2 with two lenses in the main compartment is possible.
