  • I don't think it's a coon. Really can't say for sure but it does look like a big cat.

  • @TGCCJ back when these were taken, we had found some big paw prints on another part of the place. thanks for watchn!

    james

  • there all just racoons

  • @MRussell1994 that is a big possibility! thanks for watchn!

    james

  • Its a good song...what's it called?

  • @153Casper "I believe" by Joe Satriani. thanks for watchn!

    james

  • does remind of a big cat and in most pictures of the large cats ive ever seen they are hunkered down like this especially if their around somewhere they know humans may be i know we have them in tennessee my family has seen them and other people have to

  • That is the ChupaGato , My Pet ChupaGato just out to suck a few cats for the night .

  • @nicktesla45 lol!! cool deal, we got it figured out!!! thanks for watchn!!

    james

  • all the cats ive seen in the south east US at night under light have had amber/redish color eyes

  • @Moobyism never thought about that. not real sure what it is.. thanks for watchn!!

    james

  • A Mountain Lion.

  • @GrowingTreeAz we were kinda leaning that way too. thanks for watchn!

    james

  • Its a SkunkApe!

  • lol!! i was thinking it might be a mooserat... thanks for watchn!

    james

  • its proble a wild bor

  • its possible, i've seen them pass by before and not stop. thanks for watchn!!

    james

  • i'd seen one of your comments before james you said it could've been a tiger that escaped a high fence place, well i'm no expert myself but i am a big fan of tigers and i do watch alota docs and videos about them and from what i can pick out of the video it is a very good possibility or it could just be the likes of a cougar or panther

  • thats something we really gave a lot of thought too. theres been recently cattle being killed by a large cat in the area. or atleast one of the theories to what might of happened. seen a show on discovery once and did some looking up as well. jaguars use to roam from Arizona to Texas. ranchers hunted them out/pushed them back into Mexico in the early 1900's. and theyre finding them to be moving back into AZ. so this might also be a possibilty here in TX.

  • thanks for watchn too!

    james

  • IT MIGHT BE A LINX

  • it might be, we think it was a good size cat. thanks for watchn!!

    james

  • wolf

  • we're to far south wolves, or no one has ever seen one. think its a big cat. we got some good bob cats, 35/40lb'r out there. every now again a panther swings through. bout every 5 years or so. thanks for watchn!!

    james

  • @BOHEMIANHUNTINGCLUB dude wolves live in the south i live in AL and my dad has seen a wolf on the side of the road twice

  • we dont have any out where we're at, just coyotes all over the place. there might be wolves in Texas, but the numbers are far and few. the last real sighting of gray wolves were back in the 70's, red wolves went extinct in the 80's. some say they were breed out by the coyotes. not to say they couldve found they way back up from mexico(gray). thats a long way from us to the border. it's possible jaguars are moving back into the southwest from mexico.

  • @BOHEMIANHUNTINGCLUB then its a coyote and did i say red or gray wolf NO! and it also could be a panther or a puma and yes theirs panthers in america

  • you did say wolves leaving it open to interpretation by not saying what breed and i was just mentioning what was in Texas at one time and gone now. i know theres panthers in the US. we got those too. not many though where we are. thats what we're kinda leaning towards what it was. a larger cat.

  • they say a lot of things are extinct i dont know if i believe them

  • they are in tennessee to ive seen two wolves as a little boy in a field behind my aunts house about 20 years ago or so and i heard 4 wolves a couple years ago a long ways off all round my house ive heard coyotes all my life and these werent coyotes and my neighbor was hunting back behind our houses and he said he seen a big wolf

  • @htslittleman their in alabama too because i heard some in the woods in my back yard

  • It's a dragon.

  • close! but no cigar!! lol!! thx for watchn!!

    james

  • @BOHEMIANHUNTINGCLUB Wow Am I really close? I was just making a joke lol.

  • who's James? lol

  • the mystery host...lol!! thx for watchn!!

    james

  • judging from the amount of racoons..... Thats prob what it is. Dont their eyes shine too?

  • its possible, they all shine in the camera flash. thx for watching!

    james

  • looks like a pitbull to me

  • wouldnt be surprising, had some people running dogs out there before. thx for watchn!

    james

  • i would have to go with it being a racoon that came back. if it was a larger animal, it most likely was a well fed cat.

  • not sure, we have had bobcats out there get as big as 35/40 lbs. then theres the ocassional moutian lion or panther thats seen. but thats far and few. thx for watchn!!

    james

  • good video man id like to see more, but then again a change of music wood be nice. (lol i said wood ;D)

  • yeah, i dont know what i was thinking with the music!!! thx for watchn!!

if it is a big cat, i hear they can make a 5 year circle.in the area for a lil bit and gone. how true it is, im not sure. so you can see one once and not see it again. thx again for watchn!!

    james

  • the ones here have been spotted quite a bit two in one day at the same place and over a span of 20 30 years multiple sighting of over atleast 50 miles cant be one cat right and all black exept for one?

  • Its the Chupacabra :-)

  • lol!!! i can only wish!!! thx for watchn!!

    james

  • you got yourself a pygmy monster, very dangerous mate watchout.

  • lol!! thx for wacthn!

    james

  • I'd have to say a racoon. Or...do you have Coyotes or foxes around there?

  • we're kinda thinking it was a large cat, mountain lion. theyre far and few, but they are out there. then again theres a lot of coyotes out there too. thx for watchn!

    james

  • the third racoon .-.

  • probably is...lol!! thx for watchn!

    james

  • I'd say it was a raccoon too, except that raccoon eyes always closely-set. Could really be anything, though, from a coyote on up. Not enough detail to say.

  • same here, we couldnt tell for sure. we had found large cat prints out there. larger than normal bobcats. thx for watchn!

    james

  • Whatever it is it looks to be 2 or 3 times bigger than the raccoons, judging from the distance from the ground to the eyes.

  • we've taken some big bobcats out there, 30/40lbs. this looks bigger. and we've found tracks of a big cat. panthers make their way through there every once in a blue moon, thats what we're kinda thinking it was. thx for watchn!

    james

  • Racoon

  • racoon

  • batman?

  • that is a possiblity! lol!! thx for watchn!!

    james

  • its ether another racoon or a small bobcat like the one that comes by my camp

  • thats what we're thinking,we've seen some pretty good size bobcats out there. size of dogs. thx for watchn!!

    james

  • It's a bigger racoon

  • it possible,we did get a 40lb bobcat of that pen this past new years, thx for watchn!!

    james

  • It's obviously your mom

  • i dont know, guess its possible. thx for watchn

  • lol

  • lol!! i hope not!! we got enough in the woods to worry about!lol!! i did get a 35/40lb bobcat bout 6 months after this vid.might been the same.thx for watchn!

    james

  • there's a florida panther at the camp i hunt at.

  • i dont know maybe it hard to tell

  • we're trying to find find out for sure or not,but there might be a tiger running loose from a high fence place in the area.we know some cows next door have been eating.if its true that might be what this is. dont know how long its been out either.

    james

  • a tiger would look good on the wall

  • you aint joking!!that would be the all mighty in bragging rights too!!lol!! would be hard to top!

  • It's a Bobcat!! Maybe!!

  • we found paw prints bigger than a skoal can in the mud.

  • i found one track bout that size a few years ago and the toes stretched out at least 2 inches from the pad it was a huge track and ive heard a large cats scream one night

  • @htslittleman i agree with you. we found some large cat prints in the mud around the same time this picture was taken. we have moutain lions where we're at, but if you have seen one, your one a very small number of people that have. would have been nice if this picture was taken in the day time. thanks for all the input and for watch'n!!

    james

  • That is cool. No telling what that was. The coons definitely did not want to have anything to do with it!!

  • hope it makes a home out there, certainly has enough to eat on out there

  • Thats a cool mystery. Those coons disappear for a while and then come back. Id have to say whatever it was spooked em. Its hard to tell for sure, but the eyes seem to be set forward wich would be a predator type trait. The size does seem to be larger than a coon. If you ever figure it out let us know

  • i kinda hope its hangs around since there are so many coons out there.bout once in a blue moon a moutain cat passes through,be neat if it was that.maybe one of us will get it on cam again, thx

  • If its a bobcat then its a big one. Thats the impresion I get. But here in Texas they are small.

  • pretty much all ive seen have been small, havent gotten one yet,be nice.on of my older brothers shot one out there that weigh lil over 35lbs,bout 10yrs ago.

  • found paw prints in the mud, big.its a cat

  • Ok... Now we need to know what type. Get a fresh rabbit and hang it in front of a game camera. Gotta see if a harvestible cat or not. I just leave them alone. I've been growled at a few times!

  • we're baiting 4 cams out there for it.thinking about putting some live chickens in a steel cage.figure they might make some noise to get its attention.did you know they make a 5 yr cirlce.or around about that.

  • I didn't know that.

  • yeah, that explains why you might see signs of 1 for a while then nothing.they just move on.
