If you watch the full video, then you'd see all the things they do that obviously make it fake. He gets a phone call out of nowhere right in the middle of the interview, happens to go in the one direction that would knock it over, and the guy who put it up doesn't say a word, even though earlier in the video (the full one) he motions for the reporter to be careful of the wire around the tower. 100% fake.
