I think thirft/charity shops are really good as very often you can find loads of hidden gems. My friend got some designer jeans for only £10, plus they still had the tag on!

I love going to my local Goodwill =) I've found awesome deals there! I got a great BCBG party top, Ella Moss dress, Diesel jeans, Citizens of Humanity jeans, Splendid dress ... just to name a few all for $4.99 or less! You're so right its not anything to be afraid of =) I used to buy all of my designer jeans from Nordstrom and small boutiques and paid in total thousands for my jeans ... and I found one in perfect condition at the Goodwill for $5!

I love thrift stores. More of a selection and like a retail store you have to look for stuff you like. I also get books, tapes, cds and clothes.

I used to be all "eww" about thrifting. Then I decided to go into one for curiosity. My first few times I just bought costume jewelry & frames for a DIY project. The other day I decided to look through the clothing, & ended up buying a blazer for $1! Then I immediately sent it to the dry cleaners, so technically i got it for $9 total.

You would be amazed at the type of people who shop at thrift stores!!! Just look around the parking lot, you see Lexus, Cadilac and Hummers, so lets not fool around and kid each other. Even people with money shop thrifty. So thanks for sharing and maybe we can squash some myths about 2nd hand shops! Thank you, stay well stay safe!!
