This was a really cool game. I remember being BLOWN away when you had basically the SNES version of Mario on my gameboy. I was so psyched when i had saved up enough money to buy it (on my own!).. Course i got home, and played it and played it and played it and beat it in one sitting. This was the first game i remember doing that with.

Well, I was lucky to have an older brother who got those three games and they were some of the hardest I got to play, took me years to finish 'em. :P

Regarding Mega man, hehe I can understand that. A friend of mine tried one stage in Mega man 9 and he never got passed the third screen, it is a difficult series. I still haven't beaten MM 1 on the NES while my brothers claims it's the easiest one.

I've heard the term "Mega man-hard" thrown around, even with other games/series.

This can't be THAT tought since I beat it when I was 6. But I do agree it is infinitely harder than the est of the game. The rest of the game is like EC rated game difficulty and then the last level throws this at you. The game does nothing to prepare you for this, which adds to the challange. Sort of like Banjo-Kazooie, one of the easiest games ever, but then the fight with Gruntilda many deem tough

The castle of the end is the same castle of MARIO 64. This games is very important cause is a fundamental parto of mario's history, It introduces Wario for the very first time. It shows the castle of mario 64 and it also experiments with new songs, new enemys and old enemys from other games like Kirby (NES).
