Opening is really sketchy. O_o Picks up speed around verse two. Ambulance made me lawl. Tap solo was alright til the end; that was a little weird. Solo itself is nice. End tripped, but alright.

I think the volume on the guitar is a bit low, and the tone is...a bit light for the choruses. Not enough bite. Generally speaking, the playing was decent, but there are a few touch ups in terms of aesthetics which could be addressed. 3/5.

@GerardWayJr Thanks for the honesty. Yea, there was some issues i had with the volume cuz i was recording it off a phone(Samsung Vibrant). I had to put the master volume pretty low on the amp in order for it to sound halfway decent in the recording. There's a couple of parts that need to be touched-up to have a near perfect version of the cover. I would say the tap solo, intro, and some alternate picking would've helped. It was a bit rushed

tbf your good musically, but on the 6th string i cant help but feel your playing the wrong notes. try 7th on the 6th string and 4th on the 5th string, it might work better. well done though

@pajer09 Ur right, there are some parts i played wrong. The intro riff i shouldn't have playing on 6th string lol. Admittingly, this was a rushed cover that i didn't wanna remake it because i was pretty satisfied with the exception of that one part. I seen the danger days preview vid and started learning the riffs, once the full song leaked i did a full cover but didn't give myself enough time to perfect it. Thanks for watching tho.

@TheGoodDevil7 its a Damien without the Floyd Rose. I seen urs, but personally i don't have the patience to deal with floyd rose. In my older vids, i have a Schecter C1 FR. I didn't mind it, but it was a pain in the ass when it came to changing strings. I struggled so badly, i decided to stay away until i have multiple guitars i can squander. That way i can still play one of my other guitars if the FR is annoying me lol

So i didn't really bother taking the time to be fully comfortable and acquainted with the song. So i guess that's why it came out all down strummed.

@SxLxIxPxKxNxOxT1 Yea, its fairly easy. It's one of MCRs easier songs. They have much harder solos in other songs from Three Cheers, and Black Parade. BTW, i timed it with windows movie maker on windows 7. On my headphones i had the song playing but only wanted my phone to capture the sound of the guitar by itself cuz i hate when ppl do covers with the song playing loud in the background, cant hear guitars. So with this method, i lower the volume of the mp3 and time it by the miliseconds

this isnt that great sorry. firstly just by judging your fingers / thumb your less then a year into playing. secondly the "solo" you tried doing was rubbish and unpracticed, and the part where hes singing "everyone wants to change the world" is finger tapping, not what you did.

I don't do my covers to be perfect, i do them for fun and if some ppl enjoy it(which some have) then its cool. If u read my summary, i said i didnt feel like finger tapping. it felt pointless in this song. I been playing for 4 years actually. I play different for every song, and my own stuff. There's room for improvement, but im comfortable with it
