  • Bravoooo!great!!!!

  • I'm always thinking about how could be curious to see the great composers from the past seeyng things like that. They were great but I'm they would to be very surprised and delighted.

    Congratulations, Paul.

Thank you for the show !

  • @Chico4761 I sometimes wonder about that sort of thing too. It would probably take some time to get over the disappointment of not getting what they lived to expect from music and to appreciate the value of what is there which works in the context of its own time.

  • Amazing fine, perfec, a great sesityve, congratulations from Mexico papa homero or misterasmigoful

  • Outstanding Paul! I'm not a musicain but the "bass" goes right through me...love it!!!

  • Awesome, Now if I could only just play it.....lol I will keep watching until I can.

Thank You for posting I will get it...

    Seriously you rock... A+

  • My God. Great, great job!

  • u are so good i want to play like u x

  • Nice job! Been trying to improvise the sound since I don't have a wurlitzer. Sounds great splitting the left and right. Thanks for the idea.

  • Has anyone else ever wondered who the hell dislikes stuff that is like.. impossible to dislike?

  • Amazing.

  • Great job Roger!!!

  • You are the best player i've ever seen in my 16 years old life. You have becamed the idol for me. And thank you for making tutorials and covers, that i bet, not only me have enjoyed! ( at least i have)

    Greetings from Denmark.

    Thumbs me up!!!!

  • @MrWonnabee You are welcome. Thank you for your kind comment. There are plenty more good songs out there so I'll keep going.

  • @paulwwells Hi what setting you got to play that sound?

  • Sounds nice. But why wrong tonality on video? :)

  • Someone skipped the intermezzo... :P

  • Really amazing!!!!

    Tutorial vote!!

  • Great execution of the song, really good!

  • i also vote for a tutorial for this song!

  • It sounds to perfect looks fake

  • @MrDivineassassin Ah - well that's why I normally add a couple of mistakes ;)

  • @paulwwells I was going to answer the same thing...would programmed music have the clams included? LOL

  • @MrDivineassassin

It isn't perfect, but it is pretty damn good. That is a very insulting thing to say. Could you imagine how long it took him to do this?

Just because you'll never be able to play this good, you shouldn't put this man down for the effort he put into doing this fantastic cover.

    sigh...

  • Sounds right...looks wrong!

    :-)

  • Fine cover!

  • Great work please do a tutorial!

    Vote!

  • @mgustafson10011419 It's got 5 votes. Which isn't that many, but the top of the list only has 9 votes.

  • @paulwwells . The song you mentioned - the one with 9 votes. Which one is that :-) ?

  • @Rosingr Michael MacDonald - what a fool believes

  • Wow

  • I also vote for a tutorial!

  • @refinedchocolate Thanks. It now has 4 votes.

  • Sweet!

  • from 1:57 to 2:12 gave me fucking shivers like crazy!!!

  • @classicconnexionband There is some phased elec piano in there, but on it's own it is not clear enough to get the tune out

  • Hallo Paul, that sounds really great. It has the groove of Roger and looks so easy. But I know, it`s not easy to play. Perhaps you can give me new ideas for my video?

  • A masterpiece honoured with a professional performance!

  • Waa. Great. Now I can use it as Karaoke! :)

  • é_è, wanderful

  • I love it !!!

  • Fantastic song!

  • Did You transposed Your keyboard +1? You're starting from Bm, but I like to play with You, and I must start from Cm :)

  • @MyszaCapri I think I did transpose it, mainly because I always used to play it in Bm without checking what key it should really be played in; so I transposed to compensate.

  • @MyszaCapri Definitely. :) I noticed that too. Huh ... B and F# in the logical song? ;-) Frankly, I could even never play it in B minor, I would always hit the wrong notes because I've been so used to Cm...(playing off the cassette, you see...)

  • @Mega077707 Thank you :)

  • buddy this is the best cover ive heard. take it from me your wicked

  • Awesome! Played just like the origional

  • Very good performance. Pls sit with Youtube and make a slow version so I can learn it. Thanks. I learned it a bit using Cm,Ab,Bb and so on, can you move it to that key too? ......

  • Wow!! One of the best versions out there! Great job!!!

  • Damn long keyboard!

  • Hey that was great--I taught myself to play that song when it first came out and I used to play it allllllllll the time!

  • @psykdiva Thank you. In this song the piano plays the lead part and everything else fits around it, and it feels great to play it; very empowering. You don't have to put much in to get a lot out, if you know what I mean. I remember years ago my flat mate caught me playing air-piano in the kitchen, and this is what I was playing, I just couldn't stop myself.

  • @psykdiva I've loved this song for ages. It will always be a classic in my opinion!

  • Great cover! :)

But why did you transpose the piano half a tone up?

  • @DjMelstaitz to compensate for not playing it in the original key

  • Very impressive!

  • what piano do you use?

  • This sounds awesome it would be sweet if you made a tutorial :D

  • you are the best!!!!!!!!

  • salvajemente bueno....! bravoooooooo

  • very good job!

  • Not bad for a deaf piano player!

  • WOW and a most well deserved CUDOS, It takes me back, If I mae ask... Have you ever considered the intro for the tv series Cheers...

  • Wonderful!

I always wanted to incorporate their song, "The Long Way Home" as the theme for a High School Reunion, but have never done so.

    This is very nice!

  • la puta ostia en botella, es este video

  • Could you give me the chords to this song?

  • cheers Paul, another winner. I can really hear the life you put in this as only someone who plays by ear truly can. You've inspired me to learn this piece myself. Thanks.

  • Thanks Leemondus - it's a great piece and really invigorating to play; it would be great if you could post a video reply

  • One of my favourite groups from the mid-late 1970s. Brings me back to my kindergarten days, as well as the summer of 1979 leading up to my first trip on a plane.

Thanks for playing this hit so well.

  • Thanks bearpaw72 I'm glad this invoked the recall of happy memories.

  • Perfect song for keyboard this. Great playing as ever!

  • Hi and thanks putthetellyon - yes and its a strong chord progression that just sings out by itself.

  • AWESOME!!

  • What's the name of the sound you're using in the bass? :) Thanks. And great video btw. :)

  • I think I probably used the Chorus bass because it has the thickest sound and I use it for nearly everything.

  • very, very good. a lot of people who play on keyboards and use synthesized voices make the piece sound wierd, but this really stays true to the song, as do most of your pieces.

    great job :D

  • Thank you ohnoiavenohead1 - that's a really kind comment :)

  • awesome!! all this done by ear?

when im playing, i can never give my music as much body as you do!

    5 * :)

  • Thanks Tauntonjams - and thanks for favoriting. I normally find it harder to breath life into the sheet music version than to just figure it out myself.

  • Most enjoyable!

  • This is excellent. I love Supertramp and I love this rendition. Well done!

  • Thank you markus1357
