and the worst member of the staff, Ainsley, was a stuck up snob.

And he took my ID and a bank card to "verify identification" is what he told me. He ran my card and charged for incidentals without my permission. After I got pissed at him for it, he told me he took it off, but it was still there and my account went overdrawn and i got charged a fee thanks to him (finally got it straightened with management).

i stayed here last week. the staff was rude (except for the doormen and the maidservice), the rooms were crap, and the elevators broke twice.

My room smelled like rust and garlic. The bathroom door in my friend's room didn't work from the inside so if you were alone, you were stuck. Someone had to let you out of the bathroom.

The elevators broke down twice, shaking and making their way to the bottom without stopping at any of the floors that it was supposed to stop at.
