That is not the beta version, it is the alpha version as seen under the logo. The beta came out a few days ago, and it looks sweet! You should make one for the beta version too, this video looks great.

the reason hulu would be mad is because yes, they do get money from the ads, but having page views are the most important part. the more views shows a higher demand for their product, having that higher demand allows them to up the price for each ad. ultimately they will make more money.
