Im new at this and i want to know... do i do all of this first and then go to rom-manager and install or do i install it first? please someone give me full instructions!! :)

hmm when i follow your instructions and install the rom correctly im stuck on the welcome wizard whenever i get to the last step of the wizard [tell HTC] and click next i get a fc and it just keeps looping teh same setup wizard i can't get off it or bypass it. Any ideas..i've also tried re-installing the rom but the same happens

How do you get rid of the white HTC bootscreen and only have the custom screen show up? Every time I use a custom bootscreen the white HTC screen always shows up first. Also thanks for posting this. I was wondering what I needed to wipe for a full wipe.
All I want to know is: Where did you get that theme from (with al that womans :P)

From looking at the video, I think these are the steps.
1. Wipe Dalvik Cache
2. Format /system
3. Format /data
4. Format /cache
5. Wipe data/factory reset

I found my answer. I wasn't aware that the first HTC screen was the splash screen.
