Hi! the bodykit is from a 2.3-16v and is stock mercedes, so it fits greate on a original 190e

the body panels on the 2.3-16v and 2.5-16v Cosworth's are the same without the holes for the fender flares. this kit is from an original 2.5-16v but insted of screwing the fenderflares on, the bolts where removed and glued on. and the front tow hook cover seald shut to make a smother front bumper.

well looks like i got abt 400k more to go haha. how about other parts on the car, anything else hold up as good as the engine? i already had to replace the ignition switch within 2 days. (common problem)

yeah! =D but it wil be changed after everyting it aproved at the norwegian "DNV" so it will be street legal. to a 3.0L engine. the differential is starting to get warn out, but i have a DTM 75% limited slip differential that om going to put in, other than that, it works Grate! (Team Stadler, Germany has fixed the injetion, and it is working like i was new!) :D iv been thrue 2 igition coils! ;)

With this KN Airfilter crap you'll be a permanent user of your near cylinder sanding company... hahahah

Seriously, i have seen M103 and M102 Engines as we fixed the head gaskets and the ones driven by kids with KN Filters, had a wear almost 10 times as much on the cylinder liners compared to normal airfilter used.

They would theoretically have needed new piston rings with 3 repair-steps (as we call it here) larger to fit the worn-down liners, not to speak about new honing (which was gone!)

well.. i have own and run the neares engine workshop, so i'm not that worried, what the "kids" you talk about and obviously youreself dont know is that you HAVE to use filteroil when you use an open filter!

the 2.6 is a inline 6 with 166hp or 158 in some countries

the 2.5 is a 16v 4 cylinder that also comes from 180-210 hp depending where you live.

the 2.3 16v is about the same speed as the 2.6 inline 6

and none of them are turboed

although there are special edition 2.5 16v that are 350hp or so

There is no sutch thing as a stupid question, just stupid answers! :)

the 190E is just the name of the car it self, 2.6 is the engine. and it is a strait six engine.

You also got 1.8L, 2.0L, 2.3L, these are al the same engine. but with small diffrences. you also got 2.3L and 2.5L 16Valve engines that have from 170-204hp! you also have the diesel engines 2.0L, 2.5L and 2.5L Turbo diesel.

this car has the 2.3L (and/or the 2.5L) 16Valve styling.

2.5-16v has 204hp (or the evo 1 but that is rare and expensive), WIS is a Program i use at your, and it's called Werkstad Info System.

I think all the 2.5's were turbo'ed Cosworth was a British tuner company that Mercedes contracted to to make their 2.3 16V and 2.5 16V turbo 4 cyl. motors for these cars for the racing editions and the homogolation specials. Coincidentally there is also a 2.5 turbo diesel 190, but that is the 190D (for Diesel) 2.5 turbo. That one even says turbo in the emblem and has these trademark aero vents on the front fenders.

None of the 16v's have turbo, witch raceengines are you talkning about!?! cosworth helped mercedes with the cylinder head. the only raceengines that have been made are The DTM engines, and they are naturally aspirated. do youre homework before posting somthing!

I think I may have mistakenly gotten the "8" from the BMW E30 2.7 (badged 2.5) engine being 168 hp vs the 190e 2.6....though I was lightheartedly making the reference of 158hp vs the 166hp

though having owned BMW 325i/525i and a Merc 190e 2.6 I am happy with the C280 M104 I have now that's producing almost 200hp ;)

the only thing that is lacks is a 5 speed manual gear box

Hi! the exhaust is a custom 3 Inch with 2 silencers the rare muffler is 3inch in, and 2x 2,5 inch out.. the sound is very nice :)
