Have you tried the Maybelline Line Stiletto? It's a liquid liner that works exceptionally well. I suck at liquid liner, too. But with that liner, I swear, it only takes around 30 seconds to apply liner flawlessly.

and its not hard to find your shade! i promise! what I usually do is look at the foundations closest to my skin color

I love that liquid eyeliner! I've been using it for years and never saw many gurus using it and I wondered why, it's amazing! Now I'm starting to see more people jump on the bandwagon :-) It beats any liquid liner I've ever tried.
