I used to do threats like that on XBL in my youth (hanging around the wrong people) and empty threats like that just waste time and do show that you are a troll, someone with no life or both. So I agree with you man.
it's not a death threat. A death threat is saying you will kill someone. He clearly said he would kill you only if you came to his house, so clearly it wasn't a threat, but rather a statement based on some bizarre scenario whereby you somehow found out where the lived, and felt compelled to pay him a visit.
