i happen to have a tape of reds bar with stuff that i havent heard anywhere else. "Do you have pigs feet" and "Are you selling the bar" plus his wife, bob marino, and WILL YOU GET DOWN HERE THE BARS ON FIRE plus a remix of the song. I got the jerky boys and the DETONATOR had the TUBE BAR but then when I got this tape at a flea market, i had to have the cd, so I got it at a music plus! Where is a photo of the TEENBEAT cover online? it is not on discogs, and was it a 45 rpm ep?

@MichaelHansenFUN The Detonator CD is not complete, it's only about 50% you are right.

There are a total of 105 tube bar calls, look for the "35th Anniversary Set" on Amazon or itunes that has everything plus never before heard stuff like "3 bullets thru your head".

also there is a "Tube Bar" i saw on EBAY that had a picture of some standing insterments

used as a cover for a 45 rpm?

anybody have a copy of that??? SAW IT ONCE ON EBAY MANY YEARS AGO

That record is from "teenbeat" just the 24 min bootleg, look it up on Wikipedia.

@tubebarred well i want a picture of the cover like it was on ebay, the insterments (was that a 45 rpm?) on the cover. What I mean by "edited" is that the spaces between statements have been edited on some of the calls. my name is Michael Hansen & we have communicated before. A "Reds bar fan club" explained what the "ZZ" s are, (need to find the mailing) & I (re-discovered) the RED BAR tapes when I got a tape of celebrities/red's bar/jerry lee lewis at a flea market.

@MichaelHansenFUN Amazon has that record listed, think it's a 33 rpm (not 45) but not sure. Also try google images search.

Yeah the long pauses and rings were edited on all the releases except the bootleg tape.

They had 3 different LP covers One was the BW photo of Tube Bar and the other some wheat fields.

Was in JC last weekend and wanted to see where the Tube Bar was located. Saw a Bank of America, a Duane Reed drug store and a open lot,....I think I was in the general location.

Glad you edited this a bit. I've listened to this interview a few times before and there's a lot of pauses and parts where they're talking over each other. So yeah, glad you trimmed the fat, or should I say you "cut it's belly open...ya fuckin' bum!!" lol j/k.
