Are you kidding? He has the slowest Bankai in the game. When even Renji's Hihio Zabimaru is faster, people like Ichigo, Aizen and Byakuya can easily outmaneuver Kokujo Tengen Myouo. Komamura got shortchanged in this game.

Tosen's Bankai in this game turns him completely invisible. Not only that, but whenever Tosen attacks normally he always instantly attacks right from behind and the Bankai gauge can be refilled. Only drawback is that he has no Bankai attack

Usually you hold B and thrust forward with the controller, though for some characters it is something else, like Hanataro's awesome red beam of death is B + vertical slash with the wiimote.
