Anyone has the capability to hammer curl alot of resistance, it is such an easy exercise. If i wish to see intensity and excellent form i will search for Dorian Yates as he cannot be surpassed

  • Let me tell you guys something: This guy is one of the nicest, most sincere and dedicated bodybuilders you will ever meet or speak to, and just a great person all around. I'm thankful to be able to train at his facility, and I can't say enough about this great guy.
