This arrange is... well, amazing. I absolutely adore the left hand, and how it seems to rumble at times and flow at others, but always supports the right hand, which changes tone so delicately.
The run around two and a half minutes in where the main melody shifted between different octaves was simply beautiful, and the improvisation after that was... this doesn't feel like a mere piano arrange.

The Japanese part of the title ( メフィスト・フェイス) translates as 'Mephisto Faith".
