i dont know why everyones says this diet doesnt work wen it really does i did it for only 2 days and lost 5 pounds and didn't gain it back on the contrare i lost 2 more pounds after finishing this diet i also i didnt pig out wen i was done since i was already use to eating healthy it wasnt very difficult
yuu must have did it wrong because i have done this diet before and lost about 9 pounds and i kept doing the diet for a total of 5 weeks and all together i have lost 32.6 pounds . im happy with the results
To all of you neigh-sayers, shove it... It causes a chemical reaction that boosts your metabolic rate. Unless you normally eat the way the diet guidelines allow (which you dont), you will experience this chemical reaction. However, IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE DIET or cheat, it WILL NOT work. You have to drink water to flush and remove the impurities in the water your body previously stored. It's like changing your oil. Doctors use this diet to drop patient weight before surgery. SUCK IT
@Awesome5020 well, it does help with that. the reason you lose acne is because you are eating healthier. Besides. I just use it to help kick start better eating habits

It works really well if you incorporate exercise. I did it a few years ago and lost 17lbs in 2 weeks but I was also walking 3 to 5 days a week. Good luck!
@babyshuf2 that is what i was think about, it says you dont need to exercise and i am going to see if i am really hungry tomorrow when i start this, and then i am going to really start it on monday and see wesnday if i lost weight, i am not eating the dinnir because my parents. i am going to exercise though. if you want to know if it work message me
I thought you were supposed to re start every three days?
that way the diet is not difficult to keep doing. they say on the 3rd day you get to gourge yourself with food or well at least the foods you have cut out for the days 1 and 2.

Yes working out with this diet will help you lose way more than three pounds. drink lots of water and I like green tea as well for this diet.

I does take time to get your body to expect less food so 3 days is a good start.
Now to figure out how many calories you need to eat to lose more weight.
