  • The second attempt demonstrates using two different types of tools. One is a halligan the second an all metal FDNY type roof hook made by " Fire Hooks Unlimited." Each tool is placed under the FF's arms then lifted.

  • What are you running the bar through? The actual pack bracket? -356 Galax Fire

  • No the shoulder straps. This is a quick method of lifting someone. It also will work with the built in drag straps that are part of the turn out coat.

    Remember to always wear your waist belt, not only does it help take the weight of your shoulders and back but it will save your life if others need to drag you by your pack.
