@sniegu1983 YES! I didn't realize it until after my ride that the dealer completely screwed up my suspension setting after installing a new fork seal. I was lucky to be alive.
Nice ride!!! Your video promotes safe riding. Isn't that the essence of it? So, hats up. Ducati is a wonderful bike. Enjoy it! Hopefully, I'll get mine soon.
why are the forks adjusted different from each other? awesome road, i was in denver then drove to new mex for work a few months back.. reminded me how crappy michigan is. everyone in CO friendly to boot.. wonderful state. stay safe.
Thanks! I hope to make more this Spring when the roads clear. In this video I touched on 120-130 on a couple of those sprints - but have seen 170 in longer safer stretches. I have the smaller front sprocket on which limits my overall top speed.
Oh the fastest ive gone was 285 and I got a ticket. But Im very good on motercycles ive been on one my WHOLE life and never crashed except once and broke my arm (took a turn to fast) how many more bikes do u have?
It is ok to put the Termis on earlier. I put mine on after the 600 mile service - but you can actually put them on when the bike is new. Are you getting full Termi kit or slipons?
Hi Parabol - I had a Yamaha R6 prior to this 1098. Although I have owned a Ducati in the past (older 900ss) , I can say that there is a pretty big difference between the 1098 and a typical v-4 sportbike. The major difference of course is the amazing torque you get with a big twin like this.
I've ridden an R1 and the top end is a bit stronger on the R1. But the Yamaha doesn't come close to the low end and midrange on this bike. There is much more usable power on the Duc.
someting wrong with setting of your suspension????

ramair means mph not kph. 120 in mph is about 70 mph 130 mph is about 240 kph
