"Glass Houses" was/is a very good album! Actually, for quite a while Billy Joel released very good albums. (I'm not too fond of stuff like "Piano Man", but from 1978 to 1984 or so, he had a series of good, listenable albums that one didn't have to "skip tracks" on.)

In several of his videos, I see Jeff Porcaro on drums- probably the most sought after drummer(also of Toto fame back in the day before his untimely death). I believe he and other members of Toto( who started out as session musicians) played with just about every top act from that era. Great stuff!

I don't think that is Jeff Porcaro.....I could be wrong. I think it's his longtime drummer, Liberty Devitto who bares a resemblance to Jeff Porcaro. You can tell also by how he (Liberty) holds his sticks. Porcaro never seemed to "choke up" on the sticks (1:58) which is another sign. Porcaro also seemed to play more sophisticated grooves (less "four on the floor playing") as in "Rosanna" (w/Toto) and his Steely Dan work on their album "Gaucho".
