Some useful points here. Service is a major factor in business that oddly is often the last thing employees are trained to provide well. Service providers also need to be able to recognize when a customer simply needs reassurance & thoughtfulness, not necessarily perfection & pandering to their every whim. The other side is that we can't always make everyone happy... There's a balance, and that's where good service is.
