There was an interview with Jesse not long ago where he said that it was good not to have to keep dying his hair blond. He dyed it for All My Children because his mum had blond hair in the show, he became a member of Dream Street at about the same time and everyone liked it blond so he kept it that way. His hair now is his natural color but it has gone several shades darker over the years.

This was ruled in their 2002 lawsuit. The boys could've filed another lawsuit to get the rights to the name and songs, but it would've been a long and difficult process.
