maybe if u guys would have put money in the parking meter and displayed the ticket somewhere on the grass area, the dumb ass council/ranger dude would not have noticed!!! hehehe then again, if ur parking ticket would have expired, someone could have held a wiper blade so the dumb ass council/ ranger dude could have placed the ticket and went on his way!!! haha
