Then I draw another picture of him lifting his leg, then a third picture of him taking a step. I import these into flash, put them 10 frames apart each.

Now, what I want to do is put tweens in-between these three frames to make it look like he is taking a step fluidly. Can anyone tell me how to do this???

The Motion Tweening is the thing Adobe should have included in Flash long ago. It really simplifies creation of more fluid transitions. Nice Tutorials by the way.
